Apps distributed through the App Store

Our apps are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app provides its own license terms. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and managed by Apple under its terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse our website or apps, including by interfering with their operation, attempting to access them by means other than the interfaces we provide, or using them in breach of the law.

Intellectual property

The website, our apps, and the GLY Studio name and marks are owned by GLY LLC and protected by law. Nothing in these terms grants you rights in them except as needed to use our products.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
